In the months I was working as a journeyman electrician at Gaylor I was in charge of cable trail installations, terminations and panel installations.

I worked for a month with MMR as Mechanic A, installing Pipes, Electrical Panels and Trail Cable.

• Connected wires to circuit breakers, transformers or other components to form circuits.
• Supervised apprentices and assessed completed tasks, offering guidance and encouragement.
• Installed and maintained breaker panels for commercial and residential buildings.
• Installed conduit systems, various lighting systems, and basic control systems.
• Led teams and delegated tasks to install, maintain, or repair electrical systems and wiring.
• Used hand tools such as drills, saws, wire strippers, and crimpers to complete tasks.
• Identified system malfunctions and performed repairs as needed.
• Dug trenches and created holes to pull conduit and install supports.
• Led team of apprentice electricians in installing electrical systems and inspecting existing circuits.
• Constructed and installed electrical wiring and electronic components and maintained equipment.
• Ensured all safety procedures were followed while working with live wires.
• Reviewed blueprints to determine electrical component and wiring locations.
• Read blueprints or schematic diagrams to determine the layout of a particular job site.
