Summary

I’m a driven young man in my early 20s with a calm, intelligent, and steady approach to life. While I’m naturally more reserved, I know when to step up and be outgoing, outspoken, and observant. I enjoy being in social environments but also value quiet moments with some calming music. I’m always eager to expand my skills and knowledge. Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying outdoor hikes, shooting hoops, or spending quality time with family. I take pride in being professionally dressed, both inside and outside of work. I thrive in both independent and team settings, always with a focus on getting things done quickly and effectively while maintaining quality and collaboration.

  • As a dedicated Teacher Assistant at Moneta Continuation School, I specialized in supporting students in mathematics and offered support in all subject's many struggled to engage with due to challenging home environments and personal obstacles. My approach centered on offering both academic guidance and motivational support, helping students navigate complex mathematical concepts while fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Through patience and empathy, I helped students overcome barriers to learning, making math, art, and language a more approachable and rewarding experience.

Behavior Technician

Special Explorer's Center
Bakersfield, CA
01.2024 - 08.2024
  • As a Behavior Technician, I worked closely with children who had disabilities, creating a calm and structured environment while making sure they had a great time. Over two summers, I focused on improving communication skills, managing challenging behaviors like head-banging, scratching, and yelling, and helping kids build independence. I ran daily programs aimed at boosting social skills and emotional regulation, and was always on top of taking data to track their progress. I took pride in staying on top of my job—being consistent, following routines, and making sure that each day was a step forward for the kids. But I also knew the importance of making the experience enjoyable and rewarding for them, so I focused on creating a positive, engaging atmosphere where they could feel confident, have fun, and get better every day. Communication was key, and I worked hard to connect with each child on their level, always making sure I was doing my part to help them grow and thrive.

Assistant Manager

Little Caesars Pizza
Bakersfield , CA
07.2020 - 08.2021
  • Working as an Assistant Manager at a super busy Little Caesars, I was always on my toes—whether opening or closing the store, I was in charge of keeping things running smoothly during the rush. I learned all the stations fast and made sure the team was on point, even when things got hectic. I managed the crew, made sure everyone was happy, and kept the vibe positive, even on the craziest days. On top of that, I handled customer service—whether on the phone or in the store—making sure any questions or issues were dealt with quickly. I kept the team in sync, focused on hitting sales targets, and made sure we stayed stocked up and ready to go. It was all about keeping the store clean, efficient, and making sure the customers had a great experience, no matter how busy we got.
