  • After only being with the company of Xfinity for 5 months as a Sales Consultant Representing I was promoted to Store Manager with the responsibility to manage a store with 7-10 representatives every day and ensure that store runs with no issues while having to make sure that all sales metric goals get reached daily. I also had to induct interviews to staff up my store because when I was giving the role at the Cupertino location, their staffing was only about 5/10 so I was conducting interviews to find the best match for the position. One of my new hires that I hired in late February is already on the process of moving up to ASM and expand their position.
  • We’ve done many activities with all store managers and regional managers. Most recent, we helped organized the ceremony for the 100th store opening by Xfinity in California in San Jose Eastridge and was a successful event to congratulate the company.

  • I began my journey with Xfinity in July of 2023 as a sales consultant. We began with 2 weeks of virtual training and then were asked to be on sales floor and achieve daily sales objectives. We had the responsibility to sell Internet, TV CABLE , security and Mobile services to our Xfinity customers and made sure at least 1 service was added to their account. We had various ways of achieving this, we wrote it out for the customer and explained how they can save a lot of money on annual savings by switching over their mobile services over to us and they would be getting the best coverage with us for less then they are currently paying.

  • Car Salesman was definitely one of the most wild experiences I’ve had throughout my whole entire sales career. It had many rough hurdles that you had to jump over and execute but I say it and always will that I do not regret it because it thought me so many valuable reasons. Selling a car is different than selling a video game at a retail store, the amount of time and effort put in is different because the customer isn’t willing to make that decision on the spot. That being said it was our job to make sure the customer was totally on board to making that decision on the spot and taking home their new vehicle. We had a goal of at least 15 cars per month and it wasn’t easy. My first month was the only month I struggled with because the lack of experience I had in that community. Thanks to my bilingual skills of Spanish and English and the location I was at, it made the experience smoother because I engaged a lot with the Hispanic community and made them feel safer as well knowing that I would help them out and make their purchase experience better. I was able to sell 20+ cars month to month with consistency.

  • This was the start of my many years of sales experience and it definitely was when I began to spread my wings into the world of sales and knew it was meant for me. Thanks to sales it’s where I completely changed who I was. I developed many skills that I am know proud to say are skills that I can provide anywhere. Communication skills was a big one that helped me the most because it has helped me a lot even outside of work. I started as a regular consultant at Best Buy and took it slow because it was taking me time adjust to sales. After about half a year I was comfortable enough to engage with customers comfortably and help them select the product that they were looking for and explain with my product knowledge what was best for them. I was achieving 2-4 thousand dollars in sales daily and got recognition from my manager and store manager. After a year and a half I was given the opportunity to apply for Lg Rep in store which had the responsibility to sell specific Lg TV’s. I got the position and started to interact with the brand LG and also going to several of their private events they held about their products. It was an amazing opportunity for me because it all happened so fast and was happy to have achieved and learned many sales skills.
