• Hydro test on different piping systems and equipment.
• Inspected flanges verifying proper gaskets, bolts, and torque value.
• Operate electrical tools (grinder, band saw, saw blade, metabo blade).

• Work on towers open manways, remove, and install internal manways, trays, downcomers.
• Stage material and necessary tools to execute each work activity.
• Work on heat exchangers removing and installing bell heads, channel heads, dollar plate, pull and insert bundles.
• Install plugs for leaking tubes on bundles.
• Prepare equipment and piping for pig cleaning of pipeline.
• Bull rigging with chain falls, come a long, beam clamps, and other rigging equipment.
• Replace block valves, butterfly valves, check valves, control valves, tubing, pressure gauges, sight glass, spray nozzles.
