• Collaborate with care team consisting of a primary care provider, medical assistant,
and referrals coordinator, participating in daily care team huddles and weekly center
huddles to discuss patient needs and concerns
• Provide secretarial and administrative support including answering phone calls,
performing check-in and check-out procedures, scheduling appointments for PCPs
and specialists, recording detailed and accurate messages, coordinating walk-ins,
sending faxes, e-mails and mail, and insurance verification
• Retrieve and upload electronic medical records (EMR) through Dash
