• Conduct final inspection with owner’s representative prior to proceed concrete pouring and other succeeding work activities that requires step by step inspection as per inspection and testing procedures (I.T.P.).
• Render monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being implemented by the construction group.
• Site supervision for civil works, which includes structural & finishing works and ensure that the work is as per the project specifications and issued for construction drawing / final approved drawings from authorities.
• Prepare the daily Reports and Weekly Reports.
• BOQ Preparation for civil works.
• Develop As built drawings in AutoCAD.
• Prepare the Transmittal files, Inspection Request and Progress Reports.
• Prepare the RFI control log for the daily activity sent to by client.
• Site level check with dumpty levelling machine in as per the drawings.
• Ensure quality of building materials, concrete, etc. through various tests.
• Coordination with sub-contractors for the smooth flow of work.
• Ensure that all the works are going without wastage of material.
• Responsible to take action corrective actions to eliminate the cause of nonconformities in order to prevent recurrence.
• Responsible to determine preventive actions to eliminate the causes of potential nonconformities in order to prevent their occurrence.
• Co-ordinate with Third Party Inspector / Technician for Concrete test, Asphalt test & Field Density Test.
• Attend or attest various inspection processes, checking, and testing carried at site are within the parameter of the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Raise NCRs, ARR, CAR, LBE, and SOM when work does not meet the specifications or requirements.
• Non-Conformance Report (NCR), Action Request Reports (ARR), Corrective Action Reports (CAR), Log Book Entry Status (LBE), Site Observation Memo (SOM).
• Ensures the correct submission of all QA/QC documents to Client.
• Review W.M.S & I.T.P. submitted by contractor for Civil & Architectural works.
• Review approved drawings, contract & specification of the proposed project.
• Inspect all materials delivered to site, to ensure conformance with standards, applicable drawings & specifications.
