I was located at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, a Level One Trauma Center. I was responsible for the Department that transported patients throughout the Campus. I oversaw recruiting, training scheduling and coaching of all associates. I had a team of approximately 70 associates. We were able to lower the transportation turnaround time from 45 minutes to 20 minutes. This was considered best in class.
During my 30+ years I have been heavily involved in local and national issues. I have served as a Director with the OPMA Board and worked my way up to President. I was the first person in several years to be asked to serve a second term as President. I also served on the WDO, Public Policy and the Technical Committees of the National Pest Management Association. I have attended Legislative Day in Washington DC and spoken to Congressional Leadership on specific issues. I really enjoy being involved in industry issues. During my tenure at Terminix, I was Branch Manager of the Year. I also received the Terminix Award of Excellence and was named to the Presidents Club. I currently hold a Pest Control License in Ohio, Indiana and a LPCO in Kentucky.
