- 'Single point of contact' for the Industrial Engineering (IE) team, representing the team, in PFMEA and continuous improvement projects, for 'Factory - 1'
- Part of all new product industrializations at 'Factory-1' involving process definition, line balancing, line layout finalization, jigs, fixtures and tool requirement analysis, material storage strategy establishment to achieve 70% line effeciency.
- Conducted ergonomic diagnostics and loads analysis, to determine frequency and weight of material lifted by operators, while identifying potential Work related Muscular Skeletal Disorders (WMSDs) sources. Ergonomic improvement project, at one of the assembly lines, with successful resolution of 82% of ergonomic issues
- Facilitated torque set-up, for Cleco tools (torque sequencing) for tools on the Build-line, resulting in a savings of 165 secs per unit (6%) and improvised quality, as compared to usage of non-sequenced torque tools
- Supported an all-factory build-line ‘Regrouping’ project, during a major product build-line regrouping in the factories, which involved the physical movement of lines resulting in increased capacity and improved efficiency
- Quadrennial audit (SPS audit) presenter of one clause for one of the manufacturing plants, while supporting with requirements of other clauses involved.
- Runners up in an East Asia, Japan, and Pacific regional competition under transformation category for project presentation on Capacity Enhancement of a build-line to meet customer requirements.
- Determined project feasibility by estimating materials costs and sourcing requirements.
