acquired during my tenure at Enterprise would make me a vital asset.

During my tenure at multiple branches, l've made a significant impact that holds firm even in my absence. Whether it was building relationships with our vendors, lowering vexing expenses or improving our ESQI, I've taken ownership of every facet of the business at every branch I've had the privilege of working with. My solution-oriented attitude is one of my best qualities and I've implemented it at every location by incorporating new plans like studying past and present hot alerts and communicating with the entire staff about what we can improve and the most effective way

to do so.

I also believe in establishing healthy and organic relationships with our vendors. I cultivated a strong relationship with the branches and district managers in the greater New Orleans area and created a culture where we're all in constant communication regarding oil changes and other maintenance.

My experiences at these locations have prepared me to take the next step and given me the conviction and knowledgeability to lead. I'm confident in my ability to apply all of Enterprises non-negotiables while training other employees and to achieve successfully and ethically to create more Elite level employees and promotions.
