• Assemble Products and Components:

Accurately assemble parts using blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and machinery.

• Operate and Monitor Equipment:

Set up machines, monitor production flow, and make basic adjustments to maintain efficient operation.

• Ensure Quality Standards:

Conduct visual and manual inspections, reporting defects to uphold product quality.

• Maintain Safety and Cleanliness:

Follow all safety protocols and 5S standards; wear PPE and keep the work area clean and organized.

• Achieve Production Goals:

Work efficiently to meet daily/weekly quotas and communicate any issues that may impact productivity.

• Support Team and Continuous Improvement:

Collaborate with team members, cross-train in other tasks, and contribute to process improvements.

• Record and Report Production Data:

Log accurate production information and report equipment malfunctions when necessary.
