My journey in the restaurant industry began 14 years ago as a busser moving my way up to barback then wine runner, later i moved up as a bartender and promoted to floor manager and currently as beverage director. I am always looking to improve and learn new skills. I am an expert on guest relations and team work in both front and back of the house. With more than 10 years of experience in New York City's fine dinning, i am currently looking for a new challenge in New Jersey where i just made it my home. Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
