I perform A, B, BIT federal Service’s. I am proficient in troubleshooting, diagnosing and carrying out mechanical/ electrical repairs. I prioritize remedying DOT violations as they enter the shop. With my expertise i am familiar with all equipment; Kalmar Ottawa terminal tractors, Freightliner M2 box trucks, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth day cabs, and sleepers. I regularly work on Box trucks with lift gates such as Hino, Isuzu, International, Freightliner, Ford, Chevrolet, from 10 to 26 ft. In length. I work on forklifts, repair lift gates, repair hydraulic boom, air compressors, DPF / DEF system and all shop equipment small or heavy-duty. I conduct service inspections and repairs on all dry van trailers, flatbeds and refer equipment. As a result of my fast and reliable repairs, I take road calls for TCI Transportation to get broken down tractors or trailers back on the road. I support overall workshop efficiency by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and adhering to safety guidelines.

I performed A, B, BIT federal Service’s. I completed warranty repairs on new equipment straight from the manufacturer for various companies like Freightliner, Volvo, Kenworth, Peterbilt, International, Western Star, & Isuzu (from medium duty to heavy duty equipment). I conducted service inspections and repairs on all dry van trailers, flatbeds and refer equipment. I maintained detailed records of all repairs, parts, and services performed. I made repairs like R&R brakes, drums, steering components, tie rod ends, turbos and VGT actuators, transmissions clutches, radiators, valve adjustments, tractor and trailer alignments, wheel seals, hub bearings and assembly, and so much more.

I examined trailer's for PM inspections, repairs and recorded detailed findings and actions taken. Performed annual DOT inspections as required and upheld industry standards for compliance. Completed repairs, welding, and fabrication of trailer frames and tandem chassis. I maintained, repaired and replaced flooring, inner and outer van trailer side panels and scuff liners. I troubleshooted and repaired ABS and air brake systems on a variety of vehicles and equipment. Diagnosed and made repairs to electrical and lighting systems with meticulous caution to ensure accuracy. I performed multiple wheel seal services on a variety of vehicles and equipment. Replaced, mounted & dismounted tires on tractors, trailers, forklifts vehicles and utilized a press machine as needed.
