  • Mechanism study on the STAT3 regulates the IL36G expression through binding on the specific area of the promoter.
  • Study the SLAMF7 expression and mechanism in the process of multiple myeloma and evaluate the relationship between high SLAMF7 expression level with incidence of myeloma by ethnicity.
  • Performed a new CAR T construct which targeted APRIL and IL36G and perform a serious function assay.
  • Knock out the SK2 expression with CRISPR/Cas-9
  • Handle the clinical patient’s blood samples to isolate the T cells.
  • Perform the radiation on the C57BL/6 mice, and do the multiple injection, such as i.v and sc. And collect the blood samples at indicated timepoint. Evaluate the toxicity of some chemicals to the mice.
