Jianing Chen

As an Administrative Assistant, my main job was:
1. Supported staff members in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.
2. Gained valuable experience working within a specific industry, applying learned concepts directly into relevant work situations.
3. Sorted and organized files, spreadsheets, and reports.
Gained hands-on experience in various software programs, increasing proficiency and expanding technical skill set.

As a volunteer at the Inner Mongolia Red Cross, I participated in the relief work of the mega-blizzard disaster in Tongliao. My main work included:
1.Coordination and cooperation: Cooperate with other relief organizations, government departments and volunteer teams to coordinate relief work, resource allocation and information sharing.
2.Evacuation and resettlement: Helping to organize the evacuation and resettlement of residents in the affected areas, coordinating transportation, and arranging temporary shelters to ensure that the basic needs of the affected people .
3. Information Collection and Reporting: Collect information on the disaster area and report the progress of the disaster and rescue work to the higher level, updating the data on the disaster situation and the safety of the people promptly.

• I volunteered at the Inner Mongolia Public Security Department's campaign against terrorism. I was mainly responsible for the following duties:
  1. Participate in developing overall strategies and plans for counterterrorism publicity activities, including planning target groups, forms of publicity, and publicity content.
  2. Participate in the responsible production of publicity materials, such as posters, brochures, and videos, to convey information on counterterrorism to the public.
  3. Participate in organizing, planning, and executing various counterterrorism publicity activities, such as thematic lectures and publicity exhibitions.
  4. Responsible for coordinating the work and exchange and communication between the team and different ethnic groups.
