My background includes experience in restaurants, Veterans Affairs data entry, office environments, sales, and law enforcement, which has strengthened my professionalism and adaptability.
Working with Veterans Affairs strengthened my ability to use software systems, stay organized, maintain accuracy, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality. I am comfortable using Office 365 and data entry systems to organize files, correct errors, and support smooth workflows.
My law enforcement experience helped me gain skill set such as how to stay calm and professional in high stress situations while using de-escalation, quick thinking, and problem solving skills with clear communication. Investigations and report writing further developed my attention to detail.
Most recently, as a Bilingual Household Goods Coordinator, I helped customers relocate from Japan by providing English and Japanese translation between the customer to employees, coordinating schedules, and products being imported from Japan and exported from the United States while while also gaining skills in logistics.
