Jill Abate

I am an RN, BSN. I chose this career because it's something I have wanted to do all of my life. While raising 3 children alone I went to school to achieve my goal. I also received my BSN at 48 years of age. It's a profession I love. I continued to work during an extremely stressful time in my life dealing with an awful divorce. I find this profession to be both challenging and satisfying. I have a family life and a new grandson along with a successful Airbnb business that takes some time away for a bit. Still I always look forward to returning to nursing as it is the most rewarding experience of my life. I have worked in about every area of nursing as my resume shows and, coincidentally I am born on the mother of nursing-Florence Nightingale!
