Speech Language Pathologist - Leadership Team

TinyEYE Therapy Services
08.2014 - 05.2019

In addition to serving as a school-aged speech pathologist, I partnered with the TinyEYE sales team, customer support, and co-founders/leadership team to drive organizational growth and impact through the following roles:

  • DEMONSTRATION COORDINATOR: I collaborated with the sales team to develop a virtual demonstration of the TinyEYE platform, and presented live webinars, where potential customers (often under-served school districts) could ask me any/all questions about implementation, billing, troubleshoot technical concerns, and so forth. Through the relationships built during these presentations, our sales team increased their closed-won by 80%
  • PRIMARY SUPPORT LEADER: Mentored and supported therapists through on-board training, setting up new contracts/building relationships with their clients, and scheduling/conducting quarterly performance review meetings. Annually, I managed 10-15 therapists each school year.
  • DISTRICT SUPPORT ADVOCATE: Through this role, I worked in close liaison with the paying customer (i.e., school district coordinators, special education teacher, etc.) to monitor and faciliate successful relationships between the customer/therapist, ensure student needs were being met within the districts alloted budget for services. For larger school districts with parental concerns regarding the telepractice model, I connected virtually with a room full of parents, to build rapport and ensure all questions/concerns were addressed. All communication was documented and tracked in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
