As the Manager of National Sales Operations, my role is to operationalize systems and procedures for the field sales team to reduce distractions so they can focus on delivering effective sales calls to their customers. In this role, I plan and adjust with speed and accuracy, communicate regularly, bring solutions that simplify; and work as a team to be accountable. Responsibilities include:
•Training: Provide Customer Relationship Management training (OneLook, Veeva/InterAct, MIRF, Nexus) at Track 2 and Track 3 training.
•Samples Management: Coordinate field inventory, allocations and utilization. Partnered with Brand for new sample kit conversion rollout, Spring 2023.
•Budget: Manage spending for meals, programs and displays, track spending rates and roll out of new Budget Allocation tool.
•Territory Alignment: Work with alignment team and sales directors to identify and alter territory alignments. Consult on changes proactively and reactively.
•POA Planning: Work with Brand, Training and other matrix partners to plan and execute POA and Fast Start Meetings
•Field Communications: Compose and distribute field communications. Work with Matrix partners to distribute initiatives and direction. Analyze weekly sales metrics and provide update to the sales team on behalf of sales director.
•Clarity Tickets: Partner with field to resolve issues, reducing distractions so they can focus on being with their customers.
•Field Force Productivity: Lead team of TAS’ to provide on-going district support of Operations, CRM initiatives/roll-out and technology training. Receive feedback from the field to improve systems and processes.
