Shared Governance

Member of the unit based Shared Governance 2008-2010. Shared Governance is a unit based group consisting of staff whom meet monthly to support and drive change on that particular unit. Shared Governance uses evidence based practice to support staff in promoting positive change in certain procedures on the unit to consistently obtain positive patient outcomes. Shared Governance advocates for staff satisfaction and staff retention through ideas and suggestions from all staff members on the unit.
