Parker's boathouse I was in charge of many things. I handled all rentals and everything about them from the safety and demonstration with each rental customer to the booking online website collection of payment handled the scheduling pick up and delivery for all storage customers and they were over 400. I handled all of the billing statements for the storage customers sending it out, creating it off of each work order that came with the boat at the end of the season Processing payment, keeping a log of those payments and posting to the customers file I was one of many that worked in the parts department as needed as far as ordering parts and helping customers with the replacing of ID, detailed all the boats myself and created my own tutorial videos that were posted on the webpage on social media so that we could push our products and let customers know where they could get the things that we clean a boat I was in charge of ordering supplies and sales items such as tubes, paddle boards and all of the other inventory, I also kept out of inventory at the end of the season so that we could apply them for our taxes and pre-ordered for the next coming year phone calls, and pick up a delivery of boat with the owner as needed. I wore many hats. I enjoyed the position.

At citizens Bank, I started as a part-time teller. It quickly turned into a full-time teller position. My responsibilities increased. I found myself running the drive-through as well as assisting with the lobby as needed. I was the ATM custodian, helping with customer sales relations and transitions to the bankers for their new account . finding leads from deposits, so that our customers would know about our products and the best ways that we were able to help them. assisting other tellers on their path to learning as needed.

I started as a CSR in our Portsmouth branch later, had the opportunity to take a higher position as the assistant branch manager in a bigger and busier branch in Somersworth nh, where we held an active 500 customers a week and payday advance loans I was in charge of the daily deposit processing loan start to finish the collection process for loans that has fallen into default setting up payment plans with customer so that they could continue a good relationship with us petty cash and the scheduling for the team that was in that branch. I was also the backup for my manager anytime that she wasn't there.
