Transitioned company from manual pricing and renewals to price optimization software.

Lead leasing team in renting 1066 units in competitive market. Assisted with lease-up of 406 unit building in financial district of Boston. Trained staff on compliance fair housing polices and leasing procedures to maximize closing rates.
