• Maintain a section of the University's campus. Mow, weedeat, edge, blow, etc. Also mulch landscaping, prune, and care for plants including watering, and fertilizing. Also litter pick up each day.

• Pest Control services, travel to customers for monthly, quarterly or one time services, spray interior and exterior for insects, place bait for rodents, fog under homes, inspected crawl spaces for termites, treated lawns for fire ant control, used a tablet to document all services preformed chemicals used and potential issues found. Customer service and quality of work was key.
