
Steward- varied positions doing loading dish machine, unload dish machine, run put dishes and pots and pans away.
Food prep- there are two different areas for this position there is pantry which is getting desserts ready to put out on the line also in the morning for breakfast getting pastries together and putting yogurt in pans to put out on the line for lunch and Dinner preparing side salads during the day to put out on the lines poke hot dogs for corn dogs and also make corn dog batter for the hots dogs
Hot Foods- Contains of prepping turkey lags to be cooked wrap turkey leg for carts outside cut variety of fruit and prep corn for the carts outside
