  • Design and facilitate adult learning experiences for educators and leaders, integrating research-based SEL strategies and cycles of reflection and practice to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a lead organizer and content strategist for the annual MNPS SEL Conference, collaborating with Alignment Nashville to develop themes, curate sessions, and coordinate keynote speakers.
  • Organized, trained, and led teachers and administrators from visiting districts in our SEL implementation.

MNPS SEL Conference – Alignment Nashville Collaboration | 2016–present
