I advise and work with over 250 new and old timekeepers and supervisors on establishing and prioritizing their workload so they may accomplish their projects and timekeeping tasks. I monitor Veterans Affair Time and Attendance system (WEBTA/VATAS) ques and incoming information regarding timesheets and new employees to help meet the deadlines and to keep leadership informed of any concerns with employee’s pay

My 40 years of customer service helps me give fanatical customer service through Light Electronic Action Framework system (LEAF) program, teams, email, phone or in person on daily basis on the full range of pay, premium pay, and leave administration laws, regulations, and policies.
