Responsible for transporting cases of merchandise from reserve stock to active picking locations. Replenishes cases/boxes of stock.
Physical Demands of sitting, walking, standing and reaching above and below shoulders.
Materials Handling in lifting/lowering below chest and waist up to 20lbs regularly maximum of 40lbs with pushing and pulling.
Transport cases of merchandise using pallet jack, walkie rider and TRT.

Responsible for sorting merchandise from chutes, packing complete orders in shipping boxes, processing incomplete boxes, passing out items to Ready to Pack or chutes that are not distributed through induction to the chutes.
Chutes: separates pack slips, sort items from multiple chutes according to customer orders, using RF scanners to scan items, complete orders, place in shipping boxes, affixes shipping labels, place on conveyor for shipping, processes incomplete orders for pack research to locate missing items.
Pass Out: sort non-conveyable merchandise from pick tickets into totes.
Delivers non-conveyable merchandise and pack slips to appropriate packing chutes, delivers ship-alone items (extra large items) directly to shipping.
Ready to Pack: scans and sorts incomplete packages to ensure all merchandise is included, finalize orders, packages boxes and places on conveyor.
Expedited order processing by efficiently picking, packing, and shipping products according to company standards.
Communicated effectively with supervisors regarding any issues or concerns related to the packing process.
