  • Introduced a Wheel of Names reward system for students. Throughout the week, lunch monitors recognized positive behavior by adding students' names to the wheel. The wheel was displayed on a big screen and spun using the website Wheel of Names. Each week, one to three winners were chosen, and they could select from several available prizes. This created a very positive environment for addressing behavior issues.
