• Provided acute and rehabilitative care for pediatric and adult patients ranging in age from 2 months-90+ years.
• Managed high-volume caseload and organized daily schedules for assistants and patients including Inpatient ICU and Outpatient Burn Clinics.
• Utilized relaxation techniques for decreasing anxiety, pain and improving overall function during therapy sessions.
• Provided assessment and management of burn scars including measuring and fitting compression garments, scar massage, splinting to provent contractures for upper and lower extremities, neck and trunk.
• Educated patients and families in therapeutic exercises, stretching, scar massage and wound care done on an at home basis.
• Provided daily strengthening and endurance exercises progressing from ventilated patients through rehabilitation phases during long-term hospitalization.
• Managed the needs of patients with burn injuries who had additional diagnoses of dementia, ADHD, mental illness, Parkinson's disease, cancer and generalized weakness due to decreased mobility and other co-morbidities.
• Participated in after care programs to enrich and normalize life after a burn injury for adults and children. These included paint night and movie activities, coordinating Volunteer participate of Adult Burn Survivors at Camp Nah Nah Mah, a children's camp for pediatric Burn Survivors, climbing clinics and Trauma Informed yoga practices for children and adults and families of Burn Survivors.

• Adapted therapy sessions and exercises according to patient progress and limitations.

• Managed high-volume caseload and organized daily schedules of assistants and patients in NICU, Inpatient and Out patient Rehabilitation, Spina Bifida Clinc as a Staff PT and per diem PT.

• Coordinated access and travel to a Utah based Camp for Burn Survivors ages 6-13 from Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, parts of Oregon and Arizona.
• Participated in development of therapeutic, trauma based programming for children ages 6-17 years of age.
• Provided trauma informed yoga and physical therapy intervention to allow children to attend burn camp a few months after their burn injury.
