For the past ten years, my nursing career has largely been focused on progressive care units and step-down units. Being able to experience travelling between ten locations for both Corewell and Henry Ford Health Systems has challenged me to be able to perform and enhance my skills in order to provide competent care to patients with a variety of complex medical conditions. I am adept in skillful assessment, documentation, patient education and collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure superior care and treatment plans are achieved. I am accustomed to working under pressure and responding to critical and emergent event. I take pride in the level of care I provide to patients and their families, and have proven to be a dedicated and efficient team member.
