  • Responsible for billing, providing membership information, and promote and maintain friendly and professional public relations exchanges with guests and members
  • Sole gym opening and closing responsibilities
  • Swimming pool/spa/sauna safety checks (on and off during work hours and at closing time)
  • When opening gym on my own, start up computers and initiate programs and make sure scanners and other hardware are operational
  • Ensure Kid’s Club (daycare program) area is child-safe, hazard-free, stocked for the day, and clean and sanitized on days I am monitoring site
  • Help maintain and organize front desk area and associated business hardware and software systems
