Responsible for direct supervision of athletic trainers. Assists Managers and Supervisors with administrative processes such as scheduling, time and attendance, supply and inventory, creating emergency action plans, providing outreach coverage details to providers and SM partners, and maintaining/teaching CPR certifications for SM/PT department. In addition, performs regular duties of an Athletic Trainer Certified providing athletic training services on an ongoing basis in an outpatient ambulatory rehabilitation practice and outreach locations. Works with HR to interview and select staff and timely completion of related documentation. Completes introductory and annual performance appraisals based on observed behaviors and work outcomes supported by appropriate documentation. Orients new staff, ensuring they know the purpose of the organization, their department and position.
