Project Executive
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle for West coast-based multifamily, affordable housing, market rate, hospitality, retail, and commercial projects
- Manage the CTCAC Process, specifically the project budgets reporting standards as it relates to compliance with audits and owners needs.
- Manage projects valued between $20M - $50M independently, totaling over $140M for the client group.
- Currently building 340 units in total, partially tax credit funded, affordable garden style properties.
- Expanded preconstruction role to include 20 percent of billable time, delivering feasibility budgets, accurately defining trade scopes, and developing focused project schedules
- Implemented precon meetings based on USACE QCQ program, nearly eliminating rework and delays
- As a former hands on tradesman, I am able to enhance the Project Executive role to include very specific assistance with job site challenges including self perform work, schedule and scope management.
- Work with General Superintendent to recognize liabilities and implement corrective treatment, based on actual experience performing the work myself.
- Mentor and managed professional staff, walking PE's and PM's through all levels of contract management, dispute resolution and negotiating changes with trade partners.
- Conduct status reporting using Vista and Procore, detailed job cost forecasting, and review change orders and back charges individually with PMs
- Maintain open communication with team meetings, owner conferences and presenting regular updates on project status to banking partners.
