• Set the golf course up every morning,

-Change pin locations, mow greens (walk and ride), mow tees, fairways, in an efficient manner that gets the job done while not interfering with golf

• Apply pesticides and herbicides to course and resort grounds.
• Maintain safety and security of public and staff from chemicals.
• Train and instruct new crew members proper use of equipment, maintenance practices and safety procedures.
• Established and enforced procedures and work standards, promoting team performance, moral and safety.
• Monitor, plan and assist and oversee fertilizer and pesticide applications used to control insects, fungus, weed growth and diseases.
• Work closely with team members to deliver project requirements, develop solutions and meet deadlines.

• Became proficient at all golf course set up
• Operate all small and large equipment Ex: weedeaters, cart edgers, sand pro, mowers, verticutters, aerifyer, front loaders, etc...
• Responsible for training seasonal help how to operate small equipment
• Excellent time management. Had to become efficient and getting tasks done due to volume of golfers

• Lead group of U15 young men.
• Responsible for planning and conducting practices, game strategies and mentoring young men both on and off the ice.
• Had to communicate complex ideas and deal with managing players emotions to contribute to the goal of the team
