Also supported project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans and executing these activities throughout program timelines.

Had primary responsibility for intake, evaluation, planning, and execution of process improvement initiatives, managing a portfolio for process improvement across the enterprise.

Rationalized existing end-to-end business processes, re-engineered for efficiency, prepared component processes for offshoring, and oversaw the migration of work to service centers outside the U.S.
