I designed and oversaw the build of the estate wall, estate motorized gates, a zip line that spanned over a 20,000 sq. ft. soccer field, 3,500 gallon saltwater aquarium, observation deck with retractable roof and hydraulic lifts for the telescope and binoculars, pool cabana & grotto, playhouse, dog kennel, turtle pen and six trestle bridges to accommodate the 9th scale, on site, private railroad.

  • Oversaw build and maintenance of a 90,000 gallon resort style swimming pool.
  • Maintained utmost discretion when dealing with sensitive information related to clients'' personal lives or business matters.
  • Oversaw daily operations of the estate, maintaining a well-organized environment conducive to comfort and productivity.
  • Established strong relationships with vendors and contractors, resulting in improved service quality for the estate.

To be completely transparent and concise, I am a problem solver. When a challenge is presented to me, I have the natural ability to prioritize, set goals, communicate clearly, and devise a timeline to successfully and efficiently achieve a desired outcome.


Additionally, I am very confident in my broad skillset and trusted by upper management to find solutions without their frequent input. Simply stated, my employers depend on me to take away pain points related to projects and facilities management. If collaborative decisions are imperative, I exercise my project management acumen to present multiple options for consideration to find a convenient and successful solution for my employer.


Through my career I have consistently sought opportunities to drive efficiency, sustainability and reduce cost in facilities and project management. Most notably, while working as a Facilities Director at StrongMind, Primavera Online School and FlipSwitch Marketing, I was able to cut monthly expense by eliminating ongoing monthly rental fees, i.e., ice machines, reverse osmosis systems, printer service, coffee vendor, supplies and general medium. Furthermore, during my time at the companies noted above, I successfully managed and oversaw the renovation of three office buildings, ensuring they met the needs of each of the entities, from space planning to department layout and the appropriate FF&E.
