I designed and oversaw the build of the estate wall, estate motorized gates, a zip line that spanned over a 20,000 sq. ft. soccer field, 3,500 gallon saltwater aquarium, observation deck with retractable roof and hydraulic lifts for the telescope and binoculars, pool cabana & grotto, playhouse, dog kennel, turtle pen and six trestle bridges to accommodate the 9th scale, on site, private railroad.

Furthermore, during my time at the companies noted above, I successfully managed and oversaw the renovation of three office buildings, ensuring they met the needs of each of the entities, from space planning to department layout and the appropriate FF&E.
