Entrusted with full life cycle candidate recruiting and management – JD creation, candidate harvesting, qualifying, interviewing, panel interview scheduling, salary justification/offer negotiation and presentation, onboarding handoff.

Along with the Manager of Global Mobile Application Development and the Global Chief Information Officer, re-engineered Mayer Brown’s hiring process which relied heavily on external agency support (55 currently). This reengineering has reduced candidate introduction-to-hire time from months to 11 days on average.

Lead the investigation into best practices and optimization of our current ATS, (iCIMS). Currently, many of this platform's features are not being used as it has several identified technical flaws that need to be addressed, resolved, and deployed on a global scale.
