As a Superintendent for Scorpio I handle the field operations side of the construction projects. This includes holding sub contractor coordination and pre-install meetings, keeping accurate daily logs with progress photos as well handling quality control inspections to make sure the project we deliver to the owner exceeds their expectations and we build on that client relationship.

As an Assistant Superintendent for Ajax Building Company my primary responsibility is to assist the lead superintendent in the day to day operations of the construction project. I keep accurate reports for documentation purposes. I conduct routine quality control inspections and oversee the project in the absence of the lead superintendent.

As a Project Superintendent for Blackwater Construction. I over saw the projects from start to finish. This includes scheduling the work of subcontractors, maintaining daily logs, creating bi- weekly schedules, generating / processing of RFI's, submittals and samples among general contractor, owner and owner's consultants, Scheduling Inspections and all other elements to complete the project in as efficient and timely manner as possible.

I ensured overall safety by regularly inspecting job sites and ensuring that all personnel, including subcontractors observe protocols and standards. I have assisted with projects from demolition phase through construction phase at both UF Health/Shands as well as multiple HCA Facilities.

Worked for Gainesville Health & Fitness as the Lead Facility Engineer. Daily duties require overseeing all large renovation projects and working closely with multiple contractors to insure quality of work and completion in a timely manner. Manages the maintenance department and employees. Together the team provides exceptional and efficient systems for maintenance with quick turnaround times on all buildings and equipment at the three locations. This includes anything from plumbing to electrical, roof, patchwork as well as HVAC. Balances the department budget with multiple vendors and spec and contract outside work through private vendors.

As a Foreman for TNT Remodeling and Repair I worked on various projects from Installation of metal roofing systems to full home renovations. I was responsible for making sure projects were turned over as quick as possible without sacrificing quality along the way.

I would meet with homeowners and ensure 100% percent satisfaction was met. This postion has given me knowledge of many different skills across multiple trades which I still use today.

Worked at Lancaster Correctional Institution as a correctional Officer. During the time as an Officer many skills were developed to become a valued member to your company. Showed exceptional attention to detail. Monitored 600 or more inmates through their daily activities insuring that all the task were completed in a timely and safe manner. Kept accurate reports of all daily activities as well supervised other coworkers to insure safety. During emergency situations used quick thinking to make decisions do deescalate the situation.

Worked in maintenance for an Investment company based out of Tampa Florida. The company owns 39 rental properties in the Tri County area and I preformed  routine maintenance on all the properties. My duties require me to meet with renters and ensure the home needs are met. This includes plumping, light electrical work, floor replacement, roof patchwork, ac duct work and light pest control. I am also responsible for serving three day notices, evictions and turning the home over in as fast as possible when a renter moves out.
