Hello, I am a recently retired Basketball Coach after 33 years in Public education. I am currently the ASM at Tractor Supply, in Fordyce. Married for 17 years, 2 sons, 3 grandsons. I have a very outgoing personality, with a calm demeanor. I also have been a baseball & Softball umpire for 30 years. In my role as an ASM, Coach & umpire, has helped me greatly in dealing with disgruntled customers, parents and or referees. I use different techniques in motivating different personalities in different manners to accomplish team goals.
