Stocking, cleaning, the store, taking orders, talking to customers about any issues or concerns, training new employees, and learning all the different kinds of coffee and food products are my main jobs here. Being able to find the best way to help a customer weather they were happy or upset with the service/food has been a crucial skill.
Learning the steps to put together all of the different Yogibo bean bag products and then storing them or packaging them in the right areas. Learning the layout of the warehouse and being able to stock the shelves with the right products as well as doing quality control were my other main jobs.
With this being a nursing home my main jobs besides washing dishes were prepping food, regularly being trained on all the different situations and protocols involving interacting with residents, bringing food carts to the dementia patient areas, occasionally doubling as a waiter and server and generally helping the whole process of making and serving the food easier weather that was helping train new servers or listening to a resident's food or service related concerns.
strongest skill is likely people management, I have had experience helping service run smoothly at busy restaurants,taking orders from elderly residents with a variety of disabilities, serving all kinds of people in the community with dunks, and working with teams of people to tackle warehouse wide tasks with Yogibo I have learned effective ways of communicating with people to get the best results for everybody involved
