  • Managing a team of 80-90 clients with all kinds of schedules. Handle and resolve conflicts between clients and HHAs promptly to meet clients' needs. Consistently maintained 95% customer service satisfaction ratings through quality control.
  • Supervising HHAs work routine daily. Monitoring HHA's attendance, lateness, compliance, absence, and vacation ensures all aides complete compliance and replaces the cases by timely when needed.
  • Implement performance management and assurance resulting in improved quality and efficiency HHA service. Provide coaching and schedule Hoyer lift training or Safety training for the HHAs as necessary to ensure client 's safety and service client as professional.
  • Follow up with VNS about case's authorization issues, client request changing schedule problem, vendor change case issue and so on. Developed and maintained effective working relationships with VNS internal and solving problem and providing product information.
  • Organized conference meeting with nurse, VNS case manager when the client and family are in special circumstance.
  • Assists manager, lead and coworker to replace the cases when urgent calls out.
  • Training aides to use HHAX app to clock in/out, scored in the top of the team HHAs have a clock in/out. Reduced the utilization rate of the task code sheet to 1%.
  • Adhere to company policies checking HHA's schedule before assigning the case. Reduced OT rate to 5%-8%. When found out aide scheduling OT remove aide immediately and recover the case.
