
I can balance work and study very well and I can dedicate at least 10 hours in a week to work. I will be on time and serve with my best attitude. I have interned in the service industry and can have a good attitude and resilience to face unexpected situations.

· Responding to customer needs
· Prepare for the daily reception of customers, tidy up the dining table, replenish daily consumables, and check the environmental hygiene of the area in charge.
· Print the bill in time after the end of the guest meal, let the guest confirm the signature and payment method, remind the guest to take the belongings before leaving the shop and welcome the next visit, guide the guest to arrive at the exit of the shop.
· Check for leftovers or outstanding items promptly after the guest has confirmed leaving the dining room.

Have been volunteering every Saturday since 3rd Grade, including street-cleaning, visiting children’s hospitals, caring for
children of prisoners in Sun Village, visiting nursing home residents, and fundraising for people in poor rural China. Accumulated over 2000 volunteer service hours in total. Visited Tzu Chi headquarters in Taiwan as a volunteers representative
from Mainland China and met its founder Master Cheng Yen in 2016.
