My first job in the United States is working at CVunit, where I’ve worked for 2.5 years. It has been a deeply meaningful experience—I not only developed my clinical skills, but also built strong relationships with my coworkers, who became mentors and friends. Their support and guidance helped me grow both professionally and personally.

Occasionally, I had the opportunity to serve as a relief charge nurse. These experiences allowed me to step into a leadership role, enhancing my ability to make decisions under pressure, coordinate care, and communicate effectively with the team. They sparked my interest in taking on more responsibility in the unit.
