11 Months- Provide ongoing in-home support for an individual with Early Stage Alzheimer's Disease, assisting with daily routines and fostering a stable and structured environment. Monitoring cognitive and functional changes, encouraging participation in activities that support mental engagement and assist with personal care needs while promoting independence. Utilizing strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills to address involving client needs and support overalls well-being. Coordinate with family members regarding care needs, changes and conditions, and strategies to maintain a safe and effective care plan.
Nurse Extern Surgical/Ortho
9 Months- Provide support and overseen patient care in a hospital environment while being supervised by Registered Nurse (RN) and other medical specialist. Patient care, documentation, teamwork, communication,safety, and hygiene care are all essential responsibility.
