Description Of Work

Research policy information in order to address calculation issues on in-force policies. Utilize spreadsheets to derive detailed and complex manual calculations including, but not limited to: annual reports, illustration and ad-hoc requests. Analyze and assist to Policy Administration, Claims and IT in identifying, quantifying, resolving and documenting in-force policy calculation issues. Complete requests for policy values received from Policy Administration; identify type of request and time sensitivity. Validate or supplement product-related system-generated values. Use product characteristics in order to accurately process manual and complex in-force policy value requests. Analyze contract provisions in order to handle the manual requests on non-system supported products. Assist with special projects including: researching missing 1035 Exchanges on older policies. Update daily index values for IUL Products. Mentor and onboard newer employees.
