Responding to queries and resolving issues of the financial institutions who maintain their AUD (Vostro account) account with ANZ Melbourne. Investigate and Clear unmatched entries relating to transactions processed in payments operations which are outstanding in ANZ Nostro and Vostro accounts, and responding to inquiries relating to international transactions efficiently. Roles And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sending Start of Day and End of Day reports, weekly planning of work etc.
  • Allocation of work received via various channels in a timely manner and regular follow-up for a quick resolution.
  • Responsible for providing quality check for data accuracy and involvement in the process of collecting, consolidating and sending Associate productivity chart to higher management.
  • Working with Relationship/Account Managers on time sensitive/critical cases.
  • Verification of high-value payments, correctness of Audit reports of Vostro Banks to external Auditors.
  • Conducting daily huddles to share the learning & best practices.
  • Handling client escalations for the team.
  • Guiding new Joiners in process trainings, on the job support.
  • Find out the training / procedural gaps within the team and get it resolved.
  • Single Point of Contact for Relationship Managers handling all Asian Clients.
  • Verify transactions and non-value messages processed by team members.
  • Handling calls from various banks/customers and providing resolutions to their queries.
  • Providing training to the Team members and act as a technical reference point & mentor to Team Members.
  • Knowledge sharing between Bank Services Team Melbourne & Payment Resolutions Manila to ensure best practices is followed within all Hubs.
  • Part of regular UAT and BVT on system enhancements.
  • Managing team size of 23 people currently and monitoring ageing cases above 10days on daily basis.
  • Leave management, monthly one on one’s ,SOW, Risk reviews, Monthly yearly dashboards to process heads, Vostro accounts managers. These reports helps managers to analysis the risk and profit in business with clients.
  • Handing PIC, ISO projects currently and escalates to relevant teams when issues noticed.
