• 1996-1998 Meat Plant - Production line. Assisted QA with pre-production inspections, Billed product to PDC, Safety Team Member.
• 1998-2001 Fresh Foods Plant - QA. Room inspections, Kept SOP Forms up to date as well as monitoring to make sure all was followed, data entry as well as filing, monitored lines and food deliveries/shipments, lab work in the plant as well obtaining samples to be tested at the main lab, listeria swabbing. Worked 1 on 1 with FDA inspectors, plant manager, team leaders and crews.
• 2001-2004 Arsenal - Data Collector. Prepared and executed product testing in the stores and in-person panels. Preparing and packaging products for in-home testing.
• 2004-Present Arsenal - Lead Data Collector. Same duties as a data collector plus scheduling, tracking, supply ordering, department vehicle rental, dry ice orders.
• I currently have the same title, but I am no longer doing the work of a data collector. Instead, I supply the data collectors with all that they need as far as the labels and methodologies to do the job. I am currently learning Compusense. I have already learned scheduling, breakdowns, focus group grids, metrixs.

I made wooden blinds (from making the headrail to the final product), and worked with a power drill to construct vertical blind headrails. I also did training when new employees were hired.

• Started as a sales clerk for all departments
• Advanced to the department head position for the shoe department. Along with being a sales clerk duties included taking care of receiving shipments for the department and instructing others on what needed to be done during their shifts.
• Next was the head stocker position until moving to another company. My duties consisted of loading and unloading trucks, preparing garments for the sales floor, preparing shipments to be sent back to the warehouse or other stores, layaways, supply ordering, gift wrapping and store maintenance (cleanliness)
