- Responsible for the support, maintenance, and roster management of Next Generation Staffing (NGS) systems, including Employee Roster Management Application (ERMA) and MySchedule in collaboration with operations and MySchedule management.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining (EDP) Engineering Demand Planning for the station.
- Support package handlers with set-up of MySchedule App (which includes set up of Identity and set up of FedEx enterprise passwords, and BlueYonder app download). Assists with all package handler tasks and troubleshooting within MySchedule or Blue yonder app.
- Ensures all package handler information is updated into corresponding systems
- Provides clerical support to various management and operational functions like P&D and QA department.
- Assists package handlers and office staff with their benefits like insurance, 401K etc.
- Serves as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate customer inquiries and issues
- Assists management with Business Control Self-Assessment (BCSA) audit activity by retrieving data and/or files for review
- Provides support for the recruiting process (scheduling interviews, attending job fairs/recruitment events as needed, and contacting selected candidates . And other additional HR essential functions
- Provides customer service and support for both internal and external customers for HR-related processes.
- Provides support with the package handler sorting/observation process.
Generates, compiles, and distributes HR reports
- Provides support to HR Department as needed. (Always maintain confidentiality and perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures)
- DE&I Member organize events for package handlers and office staff for engagement.
- Support P&D Department by doing pick-up. MDVS, code 85 and closure portal.
- Support Ops Supervisor for any HR related documents and process.
