I am currently teaching 8th Grade Social Studies at Watertown Middle School in Wilson County, and I was voted 2022-2023 Wilson County Teacher of the Year. During my time in Wilson County Schools, I have held multiple leadership roles. I thrive on mentoring teachers through education journey, creating lessons that support the established curriculum, and teaching students to apply critical thinking skills to the text they read. My intentions are to achieve a role as an Assistant Principal to assist more educators in learning, growing, and improving their skills in the classroom.
