Communication

I am a very good communicator and I like to make sure the customer’s feel heard and not ignored. I am very well with having a conversation with the customer’s while waiting for there product to be handed to them and ensure they have the exact change they will get back. As well when they need a description of many items we sell, I am well with communicating where the products are listed and still able to answer any additional questions they may need or as well redirecting them to the next window to buy tickets to events or information about prom, games, or even wanting to buy a asb card. I like to make sure the customers’s know it’s okay to want to change a item to another and not feel embarrassed or bad about changing the item. I make sure to always have a positive attitude towards customers whether there are misunderstandings or questions ect.
