Responsible for all aspects of property appearance. In charge of work order completion, make ready turn over, contacting vendors, scheduling ,ordering parts, special orders,safety inspections,walking units,completing safety logs, HVAC systems, pool ,etc

Supervised daily maintenance operations, in charge of cleaning the pool and maintaining chemical levels. Responsible for completing work orders such as fixing HVAC systems, water heaters, garbage disposals, appliances, etc.. Participated in being on call after hours for emergencies, such as coming out to fix AC's and taking care of leaks. Vendor scheduling when necessary and assisting in safety meetings.

Responsible for maintaining the property clean. Doing grounds and cleaning the pool area in the mornings. Completing make readies on a daily basis , touch up paint, unclogging tubs , making sure all appliances were working etc...
